DESCRIPTION
|
STORM is a new generation wheat herbicide and it is belongs to Aryloxy phenoxy propionate and Triazinone group. |
Mode of action |
Clodinafop-Propargyl is Post-emergence, systemic grass herbicide. Phytotoxic symptoms appear within 1-3 weeks, affecting meristematic tissue. Metribuzin is a selective systemic herbicide, absorbed predominantly by the roots, but also by the leaves, with translocation acropetally in the xylem. |
Applications
It control many grasses, broad leaf weeds and sedges. Residual action on the weeds given longer weed control. Safe for subsequent crops.
Time of Application - – STORM is an early post emergence herbicide to be applied when weeds are 2 - 3 leaf stage. Along with the application of STORM, it is recommended to use Surfactant (Cyspread) at 1.5 ml/litre of water and Ammonium Sulfate at 2.0 g per litre of water.
