DESCRIPTION
|
It reacts with, andinactivated, the sulfhydryl groups of amino acids and enzymes of fungal cells, resulting in disruption of lipid metabolism, respiration and production of ATP.
|
Mode of action
|
Broad spectrum, non-systemic fungicide with protective action.
|
Applications
It controls much fungal disease in a wide range of field crops,fruits,nuts,vegetables,ornamentals.
It used for foliar application or as a seed treatment.
It provides nutrients-Manganese and zinc as micro nutrients.
Most frequent uses include control of early and late blights.

It is non toxic for mallard ducks, Japanese quail, English sparrows, European starlings.it is non toxic for rainbow trout, bluegill sunfish, and fathead minnows.it is non toxic for bees. It is not toxic for worms.Mancozeb is of low toxicity to the majority of non-target and beneficial arthropods.
