DESCRIPTION
|
Hexaconazole is a Broad-spectrum systemic triazole fungicide used for the control of many fungi particularly Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. It inhibits ergo sterol biosynthesis (steroid demethylation inhibitor).
Zineb isnon-specific thiol reactant, inhibiting respiration.

Mode of Action

Hexaconazole is Systemic fungicide with protective and curative action.
Zineb is foliar fungicide with protective action.

Applications
It is a is a unique combination of Contact and systemic fungicide, containing Hexaconzole 4% + Zineb 68% as active ingredient, as Wettable Powder in the formulation.
It gives excellent control of many fungi, particularly Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes.
It is best for control of Alternaria diseases and soil borne fungi especially Rhizoctonia, Helminthosporiumoryzae, Pyriculariaoryzae.
